This is my mind map of connotations to the rock genre these include gigs, videogames, guitars, famous guitarists or bands, mascots and guitar picks.
I have chosen some of these images because they are effective in representing the rock genre to an audience or that they would look interesting on a front cover of a music magazine.
Although I won't be using all these images I think that this is a good way to be creative when designing my front cover.
